国際姉妹校との交流事業「こっちに鯉（来い）プロジェクト」を行いました

As of today, Morioka Chuo High School has sent twenty-eight paper koi fish to twenty-three sister schools in nineteen countries from Argentina to New Zealand. This is a part of our Kocchi Ni Koi Project to continue cultural exchange between our students and those of our sister schools’ in lieu of the 2020 International Forum.

In July, each class painted a paper koi fish and wrote an accompanying letter to a sister school. We have sent a fish, a letter, pictures of the respective class, and a letter from our international department to each sister school. Our hope is that the students of our sister schools will tour this fish around their city and school as if it was a visiting student from Chuo. Our students eagerly await pictures of their koi fish at their respective destinations.

「こっちに鯉（来い）プロジェクト」
新型コロナウイルスの影響で2020年の第22回CHUO国際教育フォーラムは中止となりましたが、本校生徒と姉妹校生徒の文化交流の継続のため、「こっちに鯉（来い）プロジェクト」が行われました。このプロジェクトは中央高校の生徒が全28枚の錦鯉を作り、アルゼンチン、ニュージーランドをはじめとした全19カ国23校にある各姉妹校に送るものです。

本校生徒は7月、クラスごとに紙でできている錦鯉の下絵に色を塗って、姉妹校へ手紙を書きました。錦鯉と手紙とクラスの写真、国際課からの手紙をそれぞれ姉妹校まで送りました。姉妹校の生徒たちには錦鯉を中央高校生徒の代わりに高校や町を案内してくれることを願っています。中央高校の生徒は姉妹校からの写真をお待ちしています。
