第23回CHUO国際教育フォーラムを開催しました。

令和4年8月31日(水)、盛岡市民文化ホールの大ホールにて3年ぶりに第23回CHUO国際教育フォーラムを開催しました。
今年度は、

Think globally and act locally – Transforming our world using the SDGs –

をテーマとし、ハロウインターナショナルスクール安比ジャパン Mick Farley校長先生の基調講演の後、本校生徒と中国、韓国、台湾、インドネシア、タイ、ベトナム、シンガポール、アルゼンチンの9の国と地域、計11校の生徒たちが、持続可能な開発目標（SDGｓ）に 合わせ、「気候変動対策」「海の豊かさ」「陸の豊かさ」の三つのテーマについて発表・意見交換を行いました。

開催にご協力をいただいた関係者各位、並びに海外姉妹校の生徒さんやご来賓の方々に感謝いたします。
来年度は本校創立60周年となりますので、より一層内容を充実させたフォーラムを開催したいと思います。

On Wednesday, August 31, 2022, the 23rd CHUO International Education Forum was held in the main hall of Morioka Civic Cultural Hall for the first time in three years.
This year’s theme was “Think globally and act locally – Transforming our world using the SDGs.

After a keynote speech by Mr. Mick Farley, Principal of Harrow International School Abei Japan, our students and students from 9 countries and regions (China, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, and Argentina), 11 schools in total, gave presentations and exchanged opinions on three themes: “climate change action,” “ocean wealth,” and “land wealth,” in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We would like to express our gratitude to all those involved in organizing the forum, as well as to the students and guests from our sister schools abroad.
Next year will mark the 60th anniversary of the founding of our school, and we would like to hold a forum with even more substantial content.
